Seyir halinde olan Re\u015fat \u00c7etin\u2019in kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 otomobil, kimli\u011fi belirsiz ki\u015fi ya da ki\u015filer taraf\u0131ndan \u00e7apraz ate\u015fe tutuldu. A\u011f\u0131r yaralanan s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc, kald\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 Birecik Devlet Hastanesinde yap\u0131lan t\u00fcm m\u00fcdahaleye ra\u011fmen kurtar\u0131lamad\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cinayet zanl\u0131lar\u0131 3 ilde d\u00fczenlenen operasyonla yakaland\u0131Cinayetle ilgili \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yapan Jandarma Su\u00e7 Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Timi (JASAT) ekipleri, \u015f\u00fcpheli olarak tespit edilen 9 ki\u015fiyi yakalamak i\u00e7in Adana, Gaziantep ve \u015eanl\u0131urfa illerinde e\u015f zamanl\u0131 operasyon ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi. Operasyonda K.B., \u00c7.B., M.S., E.C., \u0130.H.\u00c7., H.G., O.S., M.S. ve M.\u00c7. isimli \u015fah\u0131slar yakaland\u0131. Yap\u0131lan aramalarda ise 3 adet ruhsats\u0131z tabanca, 38 adet tabanca fi\u015fe\u011fi, 5 adet ruhsats\u0131z av t\u00fcfe\u011fi ve 70 adet av t\u00fcfe\u011fi fi\u015fe\u011fi ele ge\u00e7irildi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yakalanan \u015fah\u0131slardan 3\u2019\u00fc savc\u0131l\u0131k talimat\u0131 ile karakolda serbest b\u0131rak\u0131l\u0131rken, adliyeye sevk edilen 6 \u015f\u00fcpheliden 4\u2019\u00fc tutuklanarak Hilvan T Tipi Kapal\u0131 Ceza \u0130nfaz Kurumuna teslim edildi.
