Depremi hemen bekliyoruz, hemen i\u015fe ba\u015flamak laz\u0131m” dedi.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Prof. Dr. Naci G\u00f6r\u00fcr, \u0130stanbul depreminin k\u0131sa s\u00fcre i\u00e7erisinde meydana gelmesini beklediklerini belirterek, bu anlamda \u00f6zellikle s\u00f6z konusu b\u00f6lgenin ‘diren\u00e7li kent’ haline getirilmesi i\u00e7in h\u0131zla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara ba\u015flanmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Ancak ‘Deprem diren\u00e7li kentler’ olgusunun T\u00fcrkiye’de hen\u00fcz net olarak anla\u015f\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden Prof. Dr. G\u00f6r\u00fcr, \u015fu bilgileri payla\u015ft\u0131:<\/p>\n\n\n\n “Deprem diren\u00e7li kent demek, b\u00fcy\u00fck boyutta bir deprem oldu\u011fu zaman o depremi minimum hasarla atlatan kent demektir. T\u00fcrkiye’de 5-6 b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcndeki bir depremde bile binlerce insan\u0131m\u0131z \u00f6l\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 6 \u015eubat depremlerinde 50 binden fazla insan\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 yitirdik. Art\u0131k bu \u00e7a\u011fda, bu d\u00fcnyada, bu teknolojide insanlar bu kadar \u00f6lm\u00fcyor. Japonya’da, Uzak Do\u011fu’da daha yeni depremler oldu. 3-5 ki\u015fi, 50 ki\u015fi ancak kay\u0131p verdiler. Bizde ise tam bir felaket. Bizim yapaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u015fey deprem diren\u00e7li kentler olu\u015fturmakt\u0131r.
