Olay\u0131n ard\u0131ndan uzun bir s\u00fcre firar eden Garipo\u011flu tutuklanm\u0131\u015f ve 10 Ekim 2014 tarihinde kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 h\u00fccrede \u00f6l\u00fc bulunmu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n FETH\u0130 KAB\u0130R TALEB\u0130 KABUL ED\u0130LM\u0130\u015eT\u0130<\/p>\n\n\n\n Garipo\u011flu’nun \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn ard\u0131ndan ortaya at\u0131lan iddialar\u0131n ard\u0131ndan Karabulut ailesinin avukatlar\u0131 ‘Fethi Kabir \u0130\u015flemi’ talep etti. Silivri Cumhuriyet Ba\u015fsavc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan talep kabul edildi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n SAAT 11.00 \u0130T\u0130BARIYLA \u00c7ALI\u015eMALAR BA\u015eLADI<\/p>\n\n\n\n Cem Garipo\u011flu’nun mezar\u0131n\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in Anadolu Cumhuriyet Ba\u015fsavc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131’n\u0131n talimat\u0131 \u00fczerine savc\u0131l\u0131k, \u00dcsk\u00fcdar’da bulunan Karacaahmet Mezarl\u0131\u011f\u0131’ndaki kabrin bug\u00fcn saat 11.00’de a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131na karar verildi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n MEZAR A\u00c7ILDI<\/p>\n\n\n\n Fethi kabir i\u015flemi i\u00e7in g\u00f6revlendirilen Cumhuriyet Savc\u0131s\u0131, olay yeri inceleme ekipleri ve mezar\u0131 kazmak i\u00e7in g\u00f6revlendirilen ki\u015filer mezarl\u0131\u011fa geldi.
