Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Mehmet Ku\u015f, yeni imar alanlar\u0131nda in\u015fa edilecek 900 konut m\u00fcjdesi verirken kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011fi projenin de havadan \u00e7ekilmi\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclerini payla\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" a\u015famas\u0131na gelen 367 konut ve 35 i\u015f yerinden olu\u015fan projenin havadan \u00e7ekilmi\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleri, kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn \u015fehrin yap\u0131s\u0131na ve sosyal hayat\u0131na yapaca\u011f\u0131 katk\u0131lar\u0131 da g\u00f6zler \u00f6n\u00fcne serdi.<br>S\u0131cak ve so\u011fuktan etkilenmeyecek \u015fekilde \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131na sahip, son deprem y\u00f6netmeliklerine uygun olarak in\u015fa edilen 367 konut ve 35 i\u015f yerinden olu\u015fan proje kapsam\u0131nda, spor alanlar\u0131, \u00e7ocuk parklar\u0131, a\u00e7\u0131k hava spor aletleri, ye\u015fil alanlar, parklar, \u00e7ocuk oyun alanlar\u0131 ve burada ya\u015fayan \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n e\u011fitim g\u00f6rece\u011fi okullar yer al\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PLAN 3 B\u0130N KONUT<\/strong><br>Eyy\u00fcbiye Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Mehmet Ku\u015f\u2019un b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem verdi\u011fi kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm projelerinin ilk etab\u0131n\u0131n tamamlanmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan, Yenice, \u0130kizce ve Ak\u00e7amescit Mahalleleri Kentsel D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm ve Geli\u015fim Projesi kapsam\u0131nda, b\u00f6lgede 3000 konutluk bir alan\u0131n d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclmesi planlan\u0131yor.<br>Mevcut m\u00fclk sahipleriyle b\u00fcy\u00fck oranda
