Ancak bir s\u00fcre sonra kuvvetli ak\u0131nt\u0131ya kap\u0131lan gen\u00e7, arkada\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6zleri \u00f6n\u00fcnde suda kayboldu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130hbar \u00fczerine olay yerine \u0130l Emniyet M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc su alt\u0131 arama kurtarma timi, AFAD, B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi\u2019ne ba\u011fl\u0131 dalg\u0131\u00e7 ekipleri ve sa\u011fl\u0131k g\u00f6revlilerinden olu\u015fan 29 ki\u015filik bir ekip sevk edildi. G\u00fcnler s\u00fcren arama \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 sonucunda, kaybolu\u015funun d\u00f6rd\u00fcnc\u00fc g\u00fcn\u00fcnde Mehmet Fatih Y\u0131ld\u0131z\u2019\u0131n cans\u0131z bedenine ula\u015f\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sudan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan cenaze, otopsi i\u015flemleri yap\u0131lmak \u00fczere \u015eanl\u0131urfa Adli T\u0131p Kurumu morguna kald\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131.
