Kamuda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan 458 bin 615 s\u00f6zle\u015fmeliye kadro verilmesini \u00f6ng\u00f6ren Devlet Memurlar\u0131 Kanunu ve Baz\u0131 Kanunlar ile 663 say\u0131l\u0131 Kanun H\u00fckm\u00fcnde Kararnamede De\u011fi\u015fiklik Yap\u0131lmas\u0131na Dair Kanun Teklifi i\u00e7in g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeler 19 Ocak g\u00fcn\u00fc Genel Kurul’da ba\u015flad\u0131 ve TBMM Genel Kurulu’nda kabul edilerek yasala\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

D\u00fczenlemenin kabul edilmesi ve sonras\u0131nda Resmi Gazete’de yay\u0131mlanmas\u0131 ard\u0131ndan s\u00f6zle\u015fmeliye kadronun yasala\u015fmas\u0131 bekleniyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

S\u00d6ZLE\u015eMEL\u0130YE KADRO K\u0130MLER\u0130 KAPSIYOR?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

4B’li personel, mahalli idareler personeli, te\u015fkilat kanunlar\u0131na dayal\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan s\u00f6zle\u015fmeli personel, K\u00fclt\u00fcr ve Turizm Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 sanat\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131, kamu d\u0131\u015f\u0131 aile sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131, vekil imam, hatip ve m\u00fcezzin kayyumlar ile vekil ebe ve hem\u015fireler de d\u00fczenlemenin kapsam\u0131na al\u0131n\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kadro d\u00fczenlemesi kamuda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan 458 bin 615 s\u00f6zle\u015fmeli personelin; g\u00f6revde y\u00fckselme, unvan de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi, memuriyet g\u00fcvencesi ve tayin imkan\u0131 gibi birtak\u0131m haklara sahip olmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yor. \u00d6te yandan kadroya ge\u00e7i\u015fler ise tamamen iste\u011fe ba\u011fl\u0131 olacak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kadroya ge\u00e7i\u015f ba\u015fvurusu i\u00e7in bir ay s\u00fcre tan\u0131nmas\u0131 bekleniyor. Atand\u0131ktan sonra 1 y\u0131l s\u00fcreyle kurum i\u00e7i veya kurumlar aras\u0131 nakil yasa\u011f\u0131na tabi olacak.Yasa \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131ktan sonra da mahalli idarelerde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak i\u00e7in KPSS \u015fart\u0131 getirilecek.Yasa y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girmesinin akabinde s\u00f6zle\u015fmeli g\u00f6reve ba\u015flayanlar 3 y\u0131l \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131ktan sonra kadroya ge\u00e7ebilecek.Kadroya ge\u00e7mek istemeyen s\u00f6zle\u015fmeli personelin haklar\u0131, g\u00f6revi sona erene dek \u015fahsa ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak korunacak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

28 Kas\u0131m 2022’den \u00f6nce s\u00f6zle\u015fmeli personel kapsam\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar memur kadrosuna ge\u00e7ebilecek.Memur kadrosuna ge\u00e7mek isteyenler ba\u015fvurular\u0131n\u0131 kanun y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girdikten sonra 30 g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde yapacak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

S\u00f6zle\u015fmeli sanat\u00e7\u0131lar yan\u0131nda bunlarla ayn\u0131 veya benzer g\u00f6revleri yerine getiren 4B kapsam\u0131nda farkl\u0131 mali ve sosyal haklara sahip olarak 1 y\u0131ldan az s\u00fcreli ve mevsimlik hizmetler kapsam\u0131nda istihdam edilen s\u00f6zle\u015fmeli personeller de s\u00fcrekli g\u00f6rev yapan sanat\u00e7\u0131larla ayn\u0131 stat\u00fcye getiriliyor.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
