Konuyu ara\u015ft\u0131ran yetkililer, \u00e7ocu\u011fun erkek ve zihinsel engelli oldu\u011funu belirledi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u0130l Emniyet M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, zihinsel engelli oldu\u011fu \u00f6\u011frenilen \u00e7ocu\u011fun g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclerini payla\u015fanlar hakk\u0131nda i\u015flem yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 duyurdu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Emniyet yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada \u015fu ifadelere yer verdi:\u2019\u2019 06.04.2023 g\u00fcn\u00fc saat 19.59\u2019da sosyal medya platformu Twitter \u00fczerinden payla\u015f\u0131lan videoya istinaden konu ile ilgili yap\u0131lan ara\u015ft\u0131rmalarda; olay\u0131n 04.04.2023 g\u00fcn\u00fc Eyy\u00fcbiye il\u00e7esi \u015eelale Park\u0131 civar\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011fi, videodaki Eyy\u00fcbiye Belediyesine ait yelekli \u015fah\u0131slar\u0131n belediye personeli olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131, \u015eelale Park\u0131\u2019n\u0131n civar\u0131nda ta\u015f d\u00f6\u015feme i\u015fi yapan ta\u015feron i\u015f\u00e7i olduklar\u0131 tespit edilmi\u015ftir. \u00c7ocuk \u015eube M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fczce videodaki ma\u011fdurun kimlik tespitine y\u00f6nelik yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar neticesinde, ma\u011fdurun M.T(2010) oldu\u011fu, zihinsel engelinin bulundu\u011fu, kendisini ifade etmekte zorland\u0131\u011f\u0131 anla\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015f; ma\u011fdurun gelinli\u011fi yerde buldu\u011fu ve giydi\u011fi, daha sonra videodaki i\u015f\u00e7ilerin s\u00f6ylemlerine istinaden gelinli\u011fi \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve gelinli\u011fin alt\u0131nda bulunan kendi k\u0131yafetleri ile eve gitti\u011fi, \u00e7ocuk gelin haberinin as\u0131ls\u0131z oldu\u011fu tespit edilmi\u015ftir. Ma\u011fdur \u015fah\u0131s i\u015flemleri akabinde ailesine teslim edilmi\u015ftir.
