Ayn\u0131 kararla hak sahipli\u011fi baz\u0131nda faiz deste\u011fi sa\u011flanacak kredi \u00fcst s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 da art\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Afet riskli alanlarda yer alan konut ve i\u015fyerlerine verilen yap\u0131m, edinme ve g\u00fc\u00e7lendirme kredilerine faiz deste\u011fi oranlar\u0131 art\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131, deste\u011fe esas kredi \u00fcst limitleri y\u00fckseltildi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6306 say\u0131l\u0131 kanun kapsam\u0131nda hak sahiplerince bankalardan kullan\u0131lacak kredilere sa\u011flanacak faiz deste\u011fine ili\u015fkin kararda de\u011fi\u015fiklik \u00f6ng\u00f6ren Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 karar\u0131, Resmi Gazete\u2019nin bug\u00fcnk\u00fc say\u0131s\u0131nda yay\u0131mland\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Karar kapsam\u0131nda \u00c7evre, \u015eehircilik ve \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131nca onaylanan faiz destekli yap\u0131m, edinme ve g\u00fc\u00e7lendirme kredilerine verilen faiz deste\u011fi; konut yap\u0131m ve edinme kredileri i\u00e7in 600 baz puandan 840 ve 720 baz puana \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>TEK KONUTA 840, B\u0130RDEN FAZLA KONUTA 720 BP FA\u0130Z DESTE\u011e\u0130<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu kapsamda birden fazla konutu olan hak sahiplerinin ilk konutu i\u00e7in kullanaca\u011f\u0131 yap\u0131m ve konut edinme kredilerine uygulanacak faiz deste\u011fi oran\u0131 y\u0131ll\u0131k 840 baz puan (BP) olarak belirlendi.
