Pe\u015fin \u00f6deyemeyen abone sahipleri i\u00e7in taksit se\u00e7enekleri de olacak.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n 7440 say\u0131l\u0131 Baz\u0131 Alacaklar\u0131n Yeniden Yap\u0131land\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ile Baz\u0131 Kanunlarda De\u011fi\u015fiklik Yap\u0131lmas\u0131na Dair kanun ile 31.12.2022 tarihi ve \u00f6ncesine ait su bor\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131land\u0131r\u0131larak tahsiline y\u00f6nelik d\u00fczenleme getirildi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Vatanda\u015flar\u0131n \u015eUSK\u0130 Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc Abone birimi tahakkuk servisine m\u00fcracaat etmeleri halinde 31.12.2022 tarihinden \u00f6nceki bor\u00e7lar\u0131 bulunan abonelerin bor\u00e7lar\u0131 yap\u0131land\u0131rma kapsam\u0131na giren Biriken bor\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 pe\u015fin veya kanunun belirledi\u011fi vade oranlar\u0131nda \u00f6deme kolayl\u0131\u011f\u0131 sa\u011flanacak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Pe\u015fin \u00f6demede veya taksitle \u00f6demede \u00f6deme tarihi 30.06.2023 olacak. Yani aboneler ilk \u00f6demeyi bu tarihe kadar yapabilecekler. Ayr\u0131ca icral\u0131k aboneler y\u00f6n\u00fcnden, yukar\u0131daki bilgilere ek olarak, kanun gere\u011fince, icradan kaynakl\u0131 do\u011fan icra har\u00e7 ve giderleri ile icra vek\u00e2let \u00fccretinin tahsilinden de vazge\u00e7ilecek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Bu kapsamda \u015eUSK\u0130 Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne borcu olan aboneler 31 May\u0131s 2023 tarihi mesai bitimine kadar \u015eUSK\u0130 Abone birimi tahakkuk servisine m\u00fcracaat edebilirler.
