Karar Resmi Gazete&#8217;de yay\u0131mlanarak y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girdi.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6 \u015eubat tarihinde meydana gelen depremler nedeniyle, Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 Karar\u0131 ile ilan edilen OHAL kapsam\u0131nda afet b\u00f6lgesi olarak kabul edilen yerlerde, konutu ve\/veya i\u015fyeri y\u0131k\u0131lan, acil y\u0131k\u0131lacak olan, a\u011f\u0131r veya orta hasarl\u0131 hale gelen elektrik ve\/veya do\u011fal gaz abonelerinin \u00f6denmemi\u015f fatura bor\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n silinmesine ili\u015fkin usul ve esaslar belirlendi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elektrik ve do\u011fal gaz faturalar\u0131 ile ilgili al\u0131nan yeni karara g\u00f6re, afet b\u00f6lgesi olarak kabul edilen 11 ilde t\u00fcm bor\u00e7lar silindi. Karar Resmi Gazete &#8216;de yay\u0131mlanarak y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girdi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Karara g\u00f6re bu tarihten \u00f6nceki do\u011fal gaz ve elektrik faturas\u0131 bor\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n alaca\u011f\u0131ndan vazge\u00e7ildi.
