{"id":6440,"date":"2023-05-31T16:35:30","date_gmt":"2023-05-31T13:35:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.urfabugun.com\/?p=6440"},"modified":"2023-05-31T16:35:36","modified_gmt":"2023-05-31T13:35:36","slug":"depremzede-hak-sahipligi-basvurusu-basladi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.urfabugun.com\/index.php\/2023\/05\/31\/depremzede-hak-sahipligi-basvurusu-basladi\/","title":{"rendered":"Depremzede Hak Sahipli\u011fi Ba\u015fvurusu Ba\u015flad\u0131!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6 \u015eubat tarihinde Kahramanmara\u015f merkezli olarak meydana gelen depremler sonucunda y\u0131k\u0131lan veya a\u011f\u0131r hasar g\u00f6ren konutlarla ilgili depremzedelerin hak sahipli\u011fi ba\u015fvurular\u0131 ba\u015flad\u0131.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Afet Kanunu kapsam\u0131nda, konutlar, i\u015fyerleri ve ah\u0131rlar i\u00e7in y\u0131k\u0131lan, acil y\u0131kt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken, a\u011f\u0131r hasarl\u0131 veya orta hasarl\u0131 olarak tespit edilen afetzedeler i\u00e7in Yeniden Yap\u0131m ve G\u00fc\u00e7lendirme Kredisi verilecektir. Bu krediden yararlanmak isteyen depremzedelerin devlet taraf\u0131ndan konut, i\u015fyeri veya ah\u0131r yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 talep eden ba\u015fvurular\u0131 kabul edilecektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hak Sahipli\u011fi i\u015flemleri, Yeniden Yap\u0131m ve G\u00fc\u00e7lendirme Kredisi alacak ki\u015filerin belirlenmesi amac\u0131yla Afet Kanunu\u2019na uygun olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ba\u015fvurular 30 May\u0131s tarihinde ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f olup, 28 Temmuz tarihinde sona erecektir.
