Buna g\u00f6re, 321 bin ki\u015finin \u00f6dedi\u011fi toplam 309 milyon TL tutar iade edilecek.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pandemi s\u00fcrecinde maske takmama ve soka\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kma yasa\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ihlal nedeniyle 1 milyon 388 bin 865 ki\u015fiye para cezas\u0131 kesildi. Toplamda, bu cezalar\u0131n tutar\u0131 3 milyar TL\u2019ydi. Ancak her d\u00f6rt ki\u015fiden biri cezas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6dedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6te yandan, 1 milyon 67 bin 485 ki\u015finin \u00f6demedi\u011fi 2,7 milyar liral\u0131k ceza, bir yasa \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde silinmi\u015fti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anayasa Mahkemesi, daha \u00f6nce \u00f6denmi\u015f cezalar\u0131n iade edilemeyece\u011fine ili\u015fkin h\u00fckm\u00fc iptal etti.
