Bu tarihten sonra yap\u0131lacak bor\u00e7 kapatmalar\u0131nda s\u00f6z konusu indirim oran\u0131ndan yararlan\u0131lmas\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmayacak.&nbsp; Borcunu pe\u015fin \u00f6deyen konut ve i\u015f yeri al\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131 i\u00e7in y\u00fczde 25 oran\u0131nda indirim yap\u0131lacak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>KISM\u0130 \u00d6DEME \u0130MK\u00c2NI<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y\u00fczde 25 indirim kampanyas\u0131ndan b\u00fct\u00fcn bor\u00e7 bakiyesini kapatamayacak vatanda\u015flar da yararlanabilecek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Borcun tamam\u0131n\u0131 kapatamayacak vatanda\u015flar bor\u00e7 bakiyesinin y\u00fczde 25\u2019inden az olmamak \u015fart\u0131yla yapt\u0131klar\u0131 pe\u015fin \u00f6demelerde y\u00fczde 25 indirim kampanyas\u0131ndan faydalanabilecek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>KAMPANYADAN YARARLANMA \u015eARTLARI<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130ndirim uygulamas\u0131 kapsam\u0131na al\u0131nan projelerdeki konut ve i\u015f yeri al\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015fvuru tarihi itibar\u0131yla \u00f6ncelikle bor\u00e7 kapatman\u0131n yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 aya ait taksit \u00f6demelerini yapm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131 zorunlulu\u011fu bulunuyor. Ayr\u0131ca geriye d\u00f6n\u00fck taksit ve emlak vergisi borcu bulunmamas\u0131 gerekiyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kampanyadan geri \u00f6deme taksitleri en ge\u00e7 2022 y\u0131l\u0131 haziran ay\u0131 sonuna kadar ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f olan konut ve i\u015f yerleri al\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131 yararlanabilecek.
